Bring your Project Charter with you (pre-work is required), and apply these techniques to your project to create a manageable yet adaptable project strategy:

* Apply the most effective development methodology or combo to your project to jump-start the creation of your plan (including Traditional, Iterative Prototyping and Agile)
* Plan in ‘Rolling TWO Milestones’
* Use the Project Scope Diagram to audit the completeness of the Project Schedule
* Determine the most effective tracking strategy: Back from a fixed date, Forward from a start date or a combination
* Determine the most effective way to manage project task duration: Date Driven, Early/Late Start, Effort/Duration
* Audit your plan to include Communication, Organization Change, Governance and Transition
* Leverage Milestones to communicate complex project status more effectively.
