Almost every leadership development practitioner who we’ve ever met or worked with admits that at some point in their career (and usually within the last 3 months) that they have thought about or made the following statement – “I/We are only a small team with limited resources, how are we supposed to enhance the effectiveness of ALL of the current and future leaders of our organization? We are doing the best we can, but I’m concerned it’s not enough for the monumental task at hand!â€
If you can immediately empathize with these folks because you’re in the same boat, this webinar is for you. During this 60-minute webinar, we will introduce you to a Leadership Development System that has as its core foundation the key components to solving the SCALE challenge that faces most, if not all, leadership development practitioners. Learn from those organizations who have successfully overcome this scale challenge by creating an organization where leaders at all levels are provided with the development experiences that help them elevate their leadership effectiveness and who have done so with a system that doesn’t need to be scaled back or even temporarily shut down during tough economic times. Furthermore, learn how it’s a systemic approach which yields the highest ROI when compared to any other leadership development system. Lastly and most importantly, learn how you can be a key champion of designing, building and implementing such a system for your organization.
Attendees will gain a high-level understanding of a generic blueprint design for a world-class leadership development system, as well as insight into:
1. How to start the design process
2. Best practices for a successful Leaders Developing Leaders system
3. The five guiding principles necessary for success
